Results of the CRE 4.6 call for tenders: Total winner of 114 MW of solar projects via its Quadran subsidiary

Elisabeth Borne, Minister for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition, announced on Monday August 5 the results of the CRE4.6 call for tenders for the development of ground-based solar power plants. These are more than 107 winning projects for a volume of 858 MW.

Quadran is one of the main winners with 14 projects selected: 5 photovoltaic shade boxes and 9 fixed or track-based power plants for a cumulative power of 114 MW or nearly 15% of the volume allocated. In order to associate the population with the energy transition, Several of them will be offered in crowdfunding, thus enabling residents to directly benefit from the economic spinoffs of these projects. Quadran is pleased with these good results which confirm once again its place as a major player in renewable energies in France. and its ambition to accelerate its growth, in particular after the purchase last week of Vents d'Oc for 200 MW of projects. Quadran thus participates in the Total group’s ambition to reach 7 GW of renewable electricity production capacity by 2022.
